Overview

VibeBayan is a community-driven web platform designed to strengthen communication between citizens and local government agencies. It enables users to report community concerns, explore issues through an interactive map, and stay informed about localized public service announcements.

By centralizing community reports into a single platform, VibeBayan promotes transparency, public participation, and faster access to location-based information.

Problem

Community concerns are often scattered across multiple social media platforms, making them difficult to verify, organize, and act upon. Important announcements and local issues can easily be buried beneath unrelated content, reducing visibility for both citizens and government agencies.

VibeBayan was developed to provide a centralized platform where reports are organized geographically, making community issues easier to discover, monitor, and address.
